Nothing says "Mexican" like a good Carne Asada, hot off the grill, served with piping-hot fluffy light hand-made corn tortillas and an assortment of great salsas. Our full grill menu includes Chorizo (Mexican sausage), Costillas (ribs) and Shrimp Skewers. We grill everything on-site, over Mesquite charcoal for that authentic South-of-the-border flavor (did you know that Mesquite charcoal comes from Mexico?)! For an added touch, request our Tortillera; she'll serve up tortillas which she makes by hand, right there, in front of your guest
